It was quite a very tearful scene watching them give their farewell speeches to the club.

The most thrilling part of the story isn’t really that they were leaving, but they left we a landmark and on a record slate. Franck Ribery who was substituted at 61 minutes for his last match for the club scored his last goal for the club at the 71st minute of normal time. Also, his partner on the pitch Arjen Robben was brought in just like the former at the 67th minute for tradition and he also scored his last goal at the 78th minute. What a way to end such a professional career? There is no better way other than this. They didn’t end up scoring but also lifting up the trophy for the last time in their career. I would say this is the perfect way.
