Manchester City are in no doubt, one of the best clubs in Europe right now. With back to back EPL title and other domestic trophies 🏆, they have proved their worth. Since the arrival of the intelligent and superb manager, Jose Pep Guardiola at the club, their story has. Changed. They are now big favorites contending for European trophies.

They made history yesterday being 18th May, 2019 after their win against Watford FC in the FA Cup Final at Wembley Stadium 🏟, England.  What’s the history made? Someone would ask. Manchester City  are the first English Male team to win the domestic treble in the history of English Football. They made the feat after their stunning win against Watford FC. They trashed the Bulls 6-0, with Raheem sterling scoring a hat trick. Also, the game saw the likes of David Silva who ended his goal drought, scoring with a first goal in the 26th minute, giving them the lead. Gabriel Jesus perfomed well with a goal and two assists to his name. Kevin De Bryune made into the score sheet too, coming off the bench.

Manchester City, should record this season as one of their bests, if not the best. They have 4 trophies 🏆 out of 5 trophies which they competed for this season. They have the English Community Shield, The Carabao Cup, The Premier League, and the FA Cup. Having being eliminated by Tottenham from the Champions League, at the quarter finals, they maximized their chances and squabbled every other possible trophy.

They have been outstanding this season in all competitions with rains of goals from both strikers, Midfielders and possibly every player. They scored 98 goals in the Premier league. Also with lots of goals in other competitions.

Their capable manager Jose Pep Guardiola has also set his on land mark with a record quite difficult to break. With a back to back EPL title he has achieved the feat of the first manager to win a back to back league title in three leagues among the Europe’s top five leagues. He made the first at FC Barcelona, then at Bayern Munich and now at Manchester City.  He is now on the brinks of being honored as the best manager on earth, except for the records of managers like legendary Sir Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho.

Despite that he is one of the best managers in the world football right now. He has 27 trophies to his name with a record of 627 games. He has medals of all trophies, like the UCL ×2, CWC ×3, UEFA Super Cup ×2 with at least two league titles from three different leagues and a pack of their other domestic trophies.

Anyway, Manchester City  are on the best ride now, I will say and are favorites for any competition even the UCL. Though they are still looking out for other top players to bolster the teams already made strength. Though they are loosing their captain Vincent Kompany to retirement after a successful 12 year spell. He joined the club in 2008 and was made captain 3 years later and has won 10 trophies with the team.

With a win in the domestic league they would be present in the next UEFA Champions league season,if  they should avert the charges leading to ban placed against them by UEFA body.
